My 13 week old son screams every night when we give him his Omeprazole. We syringe a little bit at a time at the side of his cheek. He cries, screams and spits it out. He makes himself gag and refuses to swallow it. He's been on it for a couple of months and reacts the same every night. Once we've syringed the last of it, he cries/ screams himself to sleep.

Have you tried giving it in a bottle teat? We give it in a size 2 teat and he gulps it down no problem, but if we syringe it he screams

Ours hated it too. We read online the best way too give us with 5ml of there milk through the teat of the bottle and the wait 15/30 minutes before feeding properly

Ours hated it too it was awful. We've just weaned her off it and so far so good x
