Teething rash

Guys would you say this is a teething rash or abit of eczema?

Hiya my little boy has got the same thing and is defo Teething so I assumed it was that. He isn't bothered by the rash but looks the same x

Yeah my little girl isn't bothered by it so I thort as much it's just it flares up sometimes so questioned it being eczema xx

thankyou I think baby wipes make it worse I'll give this a try x
