How is everyone giving water to there baby’s now 6 months. Also Is it just when eating or throughout the day?

I’m just doing it when eating but not sure if that’s ‘right?!’

My health visitor said they just need to have a sip or so after they’ve had a mouthful of solids :)

We have started giving ours 5oz throughout the day x
