Have you tried your breast milk cold? My warm breastmilk made my babies worse but it cold helped

I had to switch formula for my little one. He couldn’t tolerate the dairy in the milk so we have him on nutramigen! His face cleared up in a week and no more tummy issues!

I did a warm cloth to wash his face and mustela cleansing water was a dream

My new baby boys was really bad!!! It’s still there but less than what it was. I have been cleaning it was water once a day and if it’s dry the pediatrician said to put aquaphor on it.. but apparently it’s more normal than I thought.

Our pediatrician and even at hospital they told us is normal. There’s lots of rashes that happens in the first few months as their skin adapts to the outside world as well as the effect of our hormones leaving their bodies. For some it could be eczema which indicates allergies, but baby acne happens to almost all babies at some point.
The more chemicals and things you put on it the harder it gets for their skin to better develop.

Heat can make it worse, try not to touch and and try to keep face clean

Going through the same thing right now only it’s only on his cheeks and chin and a little behind his ears. It started two weeks ago hasn’t went away, but wiping his face and keep his face clean has helped. i have eczema so he might have it and i think i might need to switch his milk. but i have his 2month apt. nov 1st hoping his Pediatrician has a solution
