Decrease in eating

So my 4 month old was eating 6-8oz every 3-4 hours, last Monday she had her 4 month appointment and got her shots; ever since then she’s eating 3-4oz like every 2-3 hours. Is that normal? Should I call her dr? Could it be her formula?

Smaller amounts but more frequently? Is she having roughly the same amount of ml per 24 hours?

Is she having 6 wet or dirty nappies per 24 hours?

Did she get rotavirus vaccine?
