Can someone tell me if this is eczema or not I’ve had her at the doctors about it and they give us cream but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything and it’s getting worse (this picture was a couple of weeks ago) it’s now spreading it’s all over her chest chin going on to her neck back and sides

I’ve tried the aveeno and it’s done nothing then got the cream from the doctors and it’s got worse it’s all scabbed over

With us no cream worked, in the end we had to go to a&e because it got sooooo bad and that's when they prescribed her a cortisone cream. We have been using it as soon as eczema appears and it clears up immediately. It's the only thing that really works

I’ve tried no cream and cream either same to be work I don’t know what else to try

Could be dribble rash, might be worth trying some daktarin?

ah so steroids cream didn't work?😮

Looks like eczema and sadly its hard to find the right cream mine would react to some. Dermatologist prescribed him Triamcinolone and did wonders but can't be used to too long cuz of the steroids. My baby also takes allergy meds for the itching. And also check the diet couldnalso trigger flare ups

nope unfortunately

oh god that's really strange. Then keep pushing with the doctors, they need to figure it out😅

I definitely going to I’m ringing them tomorrow to see if they can give her anything else

yeah either another steroids cream, or understanding the cause, which is really difficult because sometimes they just have eczema (like my baby) and there is no cause in particular. But just to be extra safe, I wash her laundry with hypoallergenic soap and bathe her in fragrance free hypoallergenic soap. 🤷 I also only use 100% cotton clothes.

Hey! My LB had severe eczema and we had to go private as nothing was working on him either
In the end a green cream called dermol really helped
Also does your LO have any allergies that could trigger off her rash?
And only put on 100% cotton clothes, and only wash clothes with non fragranced detergents

we have just being give some stronger steroid cream to try doctor said if that doesn’t work we need to take her back again, and she doesn’t have any allergies and we alright so that, we got told to wash her with just water as well and not use any soap on her apart to clean some areas and to wash her hair but to try and not get the shampoo on her chest

we have being given a different one just isn’t ready until in the morning hopefully this one works

i wish your lo quick recovery. I've been there, it's awful to see them like that, knowing they are in some sort of pain

thank you and it’s absolutely awful

another thing that can help is also getting a filter for the shower (Amazon) so the water for the bath is less strong and make sure the bath is only a quick splash☺️

My little girl has that too and what worked best was the nipple cream I used to use when breastfeeding 🤷🏼♀️😅

I’ll have a look thank you so much
