what questions do you have

What do I do? Where I start? What’s the best place for getting a license? And what’s the place for highest paid commissions and high rate of gaining customers that actually are ready to purchase and not waste my time?

my view point:
1) you have to really decide if you’re ready to be commission based only and if you have the funds in reserve because it can be very expensive starting out
2)I always say start in your home state first and then branch out to other states.
3)you can always negotiate your commission split. But as a new agent I recommend interviewing multiple brokerages and figure out which ones is best for your situation.
4) you’re going to always waste money and time on “window shoppers” but you have to prequalify them to see how much time you’re willing to spend on them.” A looker now will be a shopper later”
