Those 2nd time mamas or if you’re going through it… When did you guys start drinking raspberry leaf tea? Did you guys use primrose capsules?
I’ve heard of using the oil of the primrose to use up there to prevent tearing but I don’t want to be sticking stuff up there 😂😭

My friend is a doula and I asked her about this today, she said wait a bit to start the tea and primrose oil, but dates you can start whenever
I was thinking of starting everything at like 35 weeks!

I THINK she said 36 weeks but she may have also had extraneous reasons for having to wait that long for the tea. I think she was having a lot of early contractions

My midwife told me it's safe to drink raspberry leaf tea your whole pregnancy.

I started mine at 27 didn’t labor until 38+2. Nothing will cause labor it’s only used during labor to move you further along. The only way people think it causes it is if you are already showing signs of labor and missed them prior to using these.

I’d say start the tea around 35 weeks or so if your medical provider thinks it’s okay because 37 is considered full term so it’s good to get a little head start and get all of the benefits, you can start dates whenever I believe. Also I didn’t do primrose capsules, but did at home perineal massages there’s kits you can purchase on Amazon.
