Advice needed! Single moms who live alone with their kids and dog..
This might be a really specific situation for some, but any advice for moms who live alone with your baby (apartment or condo) and your dog and how you walk your dog with your baby? Lol I hope it’s not a dumb question… recently became a single mom and I live alone with my senior dog..plus my toddler when she’s with me half the week. I am working, so taking the dog out to the bathroom is usually during the dark times of the day and it just feels so dangerous bringing my toddler with me to walk the dog. My dog is very big so I’m unable to use potty pads or patches of grass.. any advice on what you do or what I can do? I just get anxiety bringing my toddler with me when it’s dark out, but I have no other option and I live in an apartment. Thank you for your time and any advice is greatly appreciated ♥️

Baby / toddler carrier is the best thing to do . I can fit my toddler in my baby carrier and it works just fine if I need to .
Is it a bad neighborhood? With daylight savings, it’s getting darker earlier where I live. I don’t have qualms (I’m a Sole Parent who lives alone with my baby; no pets bc no extra energy with having no breaks or help) about us being out after dark in our neighborhood if we stay further from the Main Street but idk what ur anxiety is around.
You're overextended. Get a dog walker, tbh. I would say a baby carrier, but you have two children, so I don't think that would work.
