Breast Milk

Has anyone tried breast milk to relieve the congestion in their child's nose? Looking for advice on how to administer such a thing. It's currently 3am and I can't get into the doctor with my little one until morning and I have adult saline spray, but not for a child (not sure if there's a difference).

Not sure about breast milk but when my baby was congested they recommended keeping him in the bathroom to get steam from hot shower (not in shower just in the same room). Also, a humidifier.

Based on googling I think regular saline is fine. The baby one just seems to have a different applicator so that it sprays/mists lightly. I would put one drop of the adult. The baby one I have says to do 2 to 6 drops in each nostril.
