Cold season!

I have been using saline solution and then using a thing to suck the snot out! It helps to clear her nose a little bit!

A nasal aspirator and saline nose spray works wonders during the night for my little one, then calpol if she seems to need it x

Get aroma plasters from Amazon and attach to pj

Calpol Vapor plug in! Plugs into the wall and helps them sleep at night! I found when my little one had a cold that he was so much worse at night

Snuffle bae on the chest, and soles of feet, I put the shower in, let the room steam up and take baby in there, works wonders 🙂

Saline spray! This has helped my baby tremendously! I do a little in each nostril while she is laying down & then I pick her up to make sure she swallows it well. Her pediatrician recommended this when she was around 1 month old due to her gagging alot & mucusy, but I still give it to her! Depending on how congested, I do it every 4 hours or so!

Diffuser with snuffle vapour drops in! Also you can get Vicks vapour rub for baby’s (has a pink lid) - put on chest and back x

Cool mist humidifier and a steamy shower room like suggested are good for congestion. If they get a cough, taking them out into the cold 🥶 (lol if it ever gets cold again).

If you breastfeed, spray a bit of breastmilk into the nose directly from your boob, it will loosen the snot and you can suck it out with an aspirant or. It works the same way as saline solution. (I was a bit skeptical also but it works wonders)
