Are you wanting to start with purees or blw?
The Solid Starts app or insta is a great resource.. I refer to it regularly.
Banana, apples and avocado are great starters in puree or solid form. And when you're comfortable, it's recommended to introduce allergens sooner rather than later and if baby is all good, continue offering regularly.
Every 2-4 days introduce a new food to monitor for allergens.

I want to start BLW
How do you give in solid forms?

Thankyou ❤️

Get the Solid Starts app, it’s been very helpful when trying to figure out how to serve foods

I have the app just really scared to give big chunks of finger foods

it’s scary, for sure! We’re all there with you. Of course I just pay really close attention and don’t let him bite off any big pieces. Strawberries they can just suck or gum on until it’s small enough to fit completely in their mouth. If my LO manages to bite off a big piece of avocado or banana, I will pull it out of their mouth. Some people also keep a life vac on hand just in case and that might ease your fears. But it’s definitely a scary thing. I feel you

Its good to know im not the only one who is scared.
Really appreciate all the advice x

you got this, mama!
