Rash?

I’d most likely call your ped mama just to be sure it could be a skin irritation

It looks like a rash, but I would call your pediatrician.

If it spreads to the hands, feet, or mouth I’d take them in. It looks a little like HFMD, which often appears on the diapering area as well.

Looks like a bacterial rash.
Keep the area dry and it should clear up. 😊
