Temperature after 16 week vaccines

My little boy still has a temp 24 hours after his 16 week vaccine is this normal?

I had this and just continued with calpol

How long did it last. We ended off in a and e last night he had a really strange episode and they aren’t sure if was a febrile convulsion or something similar. It’s got me terrified. He’s had calpol since 5pm yesterday with two doses of ibuprofen in between and at 5pm tonight his temp was 37.9 so gave him another dose. I’m worried how long continue until there’s a problem x
