Elevating head to prevent coughing at night?
I’ve recently heard this for the first time as a suggestion for my son who’s had a cough for a couple of days. It’s worse at night, and so I was told to try this when he goes to sleep tonight. Has anyone heard of this and does it work?

How old is your son? Yes, it does work. So since my son was 2 cuz of daycare he got RSV and colds so many times that I got to the rhythm of what to do to make him better when it comes to coughing and getting sick. I bought the vicks humidifier and then on Amazon. I end up buying the menthol crystals a little goes a long way, and 30 minutes before going to bed. I turn it on by adding warm water, then adding the crystal in there. Can’t have the fan on. Repeat until he gets better. It works.
