Today in class, I struggled with a homework problem that I shouldn’t have struggled with. I know that full rest, eating, and drinking water is helpful to the brain, but I also feel pregnancy brain fog isn’t helping me focus. Does anybody have tips, supplements, or anything to help with this?

I have major pregnancy brain and I usually have very good recall and recognition skills but can’t keener for the life of me lol. Do you take notes? Use post-it’s? That’s how I remember usually! I also use Google keep on my phone for something I remember and then forget later with everything and anything happening in my life!

I have narcolepsy in addition to being pregnant- brain fog has been with me for 15 years. Quick naps!
I do have Ritalin Rx on an as need basis as it’s approved for pregnancy but I honestly don’t use it unless I’m driving.
As soon as I feel like brain fog is setting in or I can’t focus at work, I set a timer for a 10 min nap and it really helps. If you can’t get away/your classes are in person, I used to just get up and walk around either in the classroom or just to the bathroom and splash water on my face. I used to also do the Sun salutation yoga move in the bathrooms to help wake myself up
