Oh no! I had that while I would sneeze 🤧 went away after 3-4 months. I tried my best to do kegels every day! Now at 1yr pp I do not tinkle anymore but I do think I can't hold it for as long as I used to!

Omg I was just about to make a post! I’m on my second pregnancy and feel like I have no control! Just had a coughing episode and peed myself. It’s happening all the time!

Yeap, this is my second baby, I have a 15 month old and it’s sneezing for me if I’m not braced and expecting it lol I really suck at kegals though. Looked them up so many times and I still feel like I’m probably not doing them right cause I can’t hold them for very long 🫠

it’s gotten so much worse both the coughing and the peeing 😭😫

I see a pelvic floor physical therapist for this and will continue postpartum once cleared
