Two vessel umbilical cord

I’m a July 24 baby. Has this impacted your pregnancy at all? Just found out I may have this!

I have the same. Baby due in July. From what I am reading there is more ultrasounds to make sure baby is growing properly

I found out the same today, due in Aug. Will have more follow up scans, but for now baby looks healthy and big! And NIPT was low risk🙏🏼

Sorry! Had my baby girl on Feb 27!! She is healthy! She is a healthy little girl! 🩷

it didn’t affect it at all! I had more scans than usual. And she had an echo during the end of my pregnancy, she does have a small hole in her heart. And we have a follow up echo next month. But they are not concerned. They said a lot of babies have this and they close up on their own over time. Congratulations!!!

yes! I had more scans. And we also had echos done!

aw congratulations!! We had no issues!! Just more scans than usual… which I didn’t mind seeing her more often 😊

so happy to hear! I’m now 24 weeks with my girly and no one’s worried but they also are sending me to a pediatric cardiologist just to double check. So glad everything has turned out good for you! 💖

did they refer you without seeing anything specific on the scan?

yes they did! It’s just a routine thing they do with the two vessel cord!
