I'm 32 weeks today and I consumed 4 Brazilian nuts and now I'm scared that I may have impacted the baby. I had a few yesterday too. But I just did some research and it says you should not have more than 2 a day. But what if you usually don't eat them and consumed between 6 to 8 in 2 days, would the baby be at risk??
I'm very stressed out about this now and feel guilty.

Hi! Well I doubt the baby would be at risk. I believe 2 is such a conservative number. You should see the amount we eat in Brazil (pregnant or not). 😅 You and baby will be fine. ☺️
@Jessica really??? Thanks I think this puts me at ease. I read your body only needs btw 15 to 50micrograms and 1 Brazilian nut has 700micrograms in it.

Yes. It has a crazy amount of selenium, so I would avoid eating too many every day. But 6 to 8 in two days won’t give you selenosis.
