Is anyone using a food tracker while pregnant to ensure you’re getting everything?
Am I worrying too much (it’s my husband that’s got me panicking, tbh lol).
I seriously doubt I get enough protein in a day?!

I don’t know of any app! But you most likely are getting enough protein. Protein is only supposed to be 15-20% of your daily consumption. And there’s protein in everything. There’s even 10g of protein in a brueggers bagel. If you’re still worried though, check and see if your insurance will cover a dietician for you. I’ve had so many good ones, and they’re well worth the effort and any copay in my opinion. Most doctors only take 1 semester of nutrition in medical school, so a dietician is extremely knowledgeable in comparison.

I used one my last pregnancy. I just used Myfitnesspal and didn’t pay attention to the calories. I couldn’t find a pregnancy specific one that you didn’t have to pay for. My fitness pal you can reprogram some of it so you can find online what you need of each thing pregnant and change up some of the goals on the app

My husband is similar - i think it’s more in their head than reality 🤪 If you’re taking prenatal and eating what you’re craving, you’re probably ok!
