My own saliva is making me retch

Anyone else having this? For the past couple of days I keep retching 😞

Not me, but a friend of mine has this years ago! She had to carry around a water bottle to spit it out 🤢

I take mouthwash with me wherever I go! I don’t get it all the time but sometimes I just can’t stand the taste in my mouth!
