Nappy rash cream pls?

If you’re struggling with nappy rash maybe try some nappy free time and leave the cream off for a while? I spoke to a pharmacist about this recently and that’s what they recommended, it cleared up for us pretty quick! Hope this helps☺️

There's also weleda or bepanthen which are quite good

Aveeno cream worked really well for us

Bepanthen is amazing! I found other stuff did nothing. Also I find pawpaw cream is great for any rashes too!

When my LO has bad nappy rash etc I’ve put Vaseline on top of the cream, it acts like a barrier and stops wee from getting to it

I changed the type of wipes I was using to 99% water

Vaseline and basic petroleum jelly at each nappy change has worked well for us and have not had any nappy rash at all.

Also changing nappies regularly, immediately after every poo especially.
