Red bumps/spots on baby’s face

My 9w boy suddenly has red bumps/spots all over his face. I know it’s too late for it to be baby acne - could it have taken this long for milk allergy symptoms to show up? He’s EBF. Has anyone else had this? Thank you x

I suspect it’s heat rash. My gal gets em all over. Is he in the carrier often? (But always good to check with your GP - especially if there’s other things like fever, extreme fussiness, etc…)
