Worried mole on sole of foot
So I have had this mole for as long as I can remember and as it’s never changed so I thought nothing of it.
I’m now beginning to worry. I’m going to the doctors but in the mean time I’m a mess with worry as I’ve had it so long.
Has anyone had anything like this? I can’t sleep or anything

If you are currently pregnant it could be from that. My body made plenty of new moles and beauty marks during pregnancy. Brand new ones, and some old beauty marks I had got bigger or darker.
