Im 27 weeks and my dreams keep getting more and more intense. It’s almost scary to fall asleep. Is anyone else experiencing this? Have you found a way to rest your mind? I wake up so tired and disoriented, sometimes with leg cramps too.

The leg cramps are the worse! I woke up with a charley horse in both of my legs!! So painful

My dreams are super vivid as well. They don’t bother me. It’s my stomach that keeps me tossing and turning. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep

I had nightmares for weeks straight, very intense vivid dreams. I would wake up drenched in sweat 😰😰 they just started to get back to normal but our babies starts to learn how to dream around these weeks so maybe their taking our very good ones 🥹

Charlie horses are the absolute worst thing I’ve felt this pregnancy. I didn’t realize it was a symptom, the first one I got I woke up screaming and couldn’t communicate to my husband what was happening. I haven’t found anything that has helped. I just try not to move when I’m asleep (how? I have no idea).

I completely understand I am the same way! Just try to drink a lot of water and stretch before bed !

I hear you! I’m always worried about tossing on the wrong direction and squishing her. Also trying to sleep on my back, it’s so uncomfortable. My hips also hurt when on one side too long. Ugh!

Yes to both!! I had a leg cramp earlier this week that left me limping for two days. I've never had that happen before like that. Dreams are definitely way crazier than I remember with my other two pregnancies.

Yup very very normal

Magnesium for the leg cramps/restless leg have been a game changer for me.

Try Dr teals sleep spray it has melatonin

Try listening to relaxing noises all night on your phone. I also ask my boyfriend to check on me whenever feels me moving or if he randomly gets up and if I’m sweaty to wake me

sleep with a pillow under your hip and back
