Free baby classes
Is there anything in New Braunfels that does free baby learning classes or classes at a firestation to learn about car seats and you get a free cat seat in the end? In Killeen they have a group called Hope pregnancy center and they test you to confirm and then have these classes and will help you up to a year after you have the baby with things like diapers and formula and clothes if you attend these cleasses.

Resolute does free newborn classs, breast feeding class, and birthing class
SJRC Texas has a lot of classes and car seat checks and things like that
Options for Life in New Braunfels has programs where you can earn points from attending parenting classes, community services, etc and you can "spend" the points on diapers, clothes, formula and other things in their boutique.
