poorly 4 month old
Hiya my 4 month old has caught my cold from me so i have been giving her calpol. She is coughing a lot and has thick green snot coming from her nose - it’s so hard as obviously i can’t make her blow her nose. Is there anything else i can do for her as i’m not really too sure

It might be a load of cod's wallop but, I saw that if you slice garlic thinly and wrap it in cotton and place it in baby's sock overnight, it draws out all the crap? Worth a try, right? I'd do anything to help LO out.
You can buy a snot sucker. I’ve just purchased one for my daughter. I got ours from Boots.

I use the saline drops and the snot sucker as said! 😊 really worked to clear my son’s congestion during his first cold
I had the exact same issue with my 4 and a half month old, we have a nasal aspirator (snot sucker) and also used cold and flu nose spray from the pharmacy xx it cleared up within 3 days (she’s breastfed, I think this helped her) xx
this is what I use, it’s brill but daughter hates it 😆
