Baby fell off the bed
Nooo 😭😭 I know it happens to everyone but I feel like I am going to be sick 😭 in the second I turned around to grab a diaper and turn back around my baby sat up at the edge of the bed and fell backward off of it and I was ONE second too late. We had such a nice evening together too had just finished her bath and a walk and I feel so terrible 😞 My poor baby :( it was not a far fall but she has never fallen backwards like that before. I am calling the doctor now. I hate myself for this :(
Update: we went to the ER and got her looked at and she was so brave and sweet! Now we are back home and she’s asleep in her crib. These babies are too fast. I’m never letting that happen again and thank god she’s okay 🤍

Momma it’s okay!!! I know you feel awful and it’s okay to let yourself feel like that for a minute but babies roll! I can’t keep up with my little one.. hes 9 months and going everywhere. Babies heads are strong so just don’t let him sleep for the next hour and if he’s okay you should be fine ❤️🙏🏽
I told myself when I started seeing posts about this that I wouldn't let it happen to my son.... it did lol he rolled right off in like 2 seconds I felt like shit and while I was crying holding him on the floor he looked up and started laughing at me crying! But it made me laugh and he was perfectly fine ❤️
Babies are bouncy, resilient and recover well. They are also great at falling because they don’t tense up. Babies also tend not to hold grudges because they are so immersed in their present moments. Give yourself grace.
I told myself the same thing!! It has happened before but she was okay! the falling backwards tonight was what gave me an absolute heart ATTACK!! So glad your baby laughed it off. That’s what our mama hearts need lol
My 9month old baby fell off our bed and it wasn’t a high fall because we don’t head a head board to our bed just our bed on the floor well it’s on at rug but that’s the most comfortable for us and he cried when he fell then I picked him up and rocked him for a bit and he calmed down but he was still playing and everything we just watched him for the next hour to see if anything would’ve happened because we didn’t want to rush to ER if it wasn’t necessary and he was fine so don’t worry!! I was so worried that I wanted to vomit 🤢 but babies move to much it’s hard to keep them a hold of all the time
