Woke up to see baby had moved her whole body against side of crib and her face and nose were so close to the fabric 😭 anyone else have this problem? I moved her into the middle and within minutes she'd wriggled back! She's only 9 weeks old. We have the tutti bambini cozee for reference.

We have the same next to me, our little boy used to do the same but since we have put him in 2.5 tog sleep suit with arms and legs he doesn't move as much xx

my little girl is also in a fitted 2.5tog sleeping bag. She seemed to just flap her legs up and down until she'd wriggled all the way over 🤦♀️ xx

My girl does this to, she’s 10 weeks

Yeah we have the same thing with my 8 week old, she's done it for the past 2 weeks, makes me nervous to go back to sleep

I have the same crib baby is 8 weeks, I swear the crib it on a slight slant!!! I've been saying it from day one, he always goes back to his face squashed up right next to the edge!

My little boy did the same as soon as we moved him from his Moses basket to the next to me crib when he was about 8 weeks. We have the Silver Cross voyager, one night he has practically moved himself across the bottom of the crib. I just have to tell myself that if he can get himself into that position, he can get himself out of it because with all the movement back into the centre of the crib, they’re going to wriggle wherever they want.
He’s 11 weeks now and seems to have stopped moving around as much and with the stronger head control I’m slightly more at ease of how he may sleep against the side

My little one does exactly the same, and did so from very early on. The moses basket or the next to me, until he can find the side and press his forehead against it he won’t settle 🤣
It made me nervous in the beginning, and I’d often wake up through the night to check him and move him, but much like your little one he will immediately wriggle back into his comfy spot.
I introduced a dummy really early on because of this, I felt at least the dummy was allowing some form of gap between baby and side.
He’s 12 weeks now and I’ve definitely relaxed moreso knowing he can move himself away.

Hey! I have the same crib and baby is nearly 9 weeks. She's been doing the exact same thing, quite early on aswell actually and it's just another thing to loose sleep over 😂🤦🏻♀️ She's actually started moving down now too so she's sitting with her feet UP on the bottom. I've been moving her back when she's been doing this so her legs aren't elevated but when she's basically horizontal, I've left her as she's quite happy. I wouldn't worry too much, they're more clever than we think and will wriggle their way back!

Wow lots of wriggly babies then!! I think it must be her way of trying to get as close to me as possible as she only ever wriggles towards me! Not great though I was awake for an hour longer than I needed to be last night and we all know how precious an hours sleep is these days 😫😫

I have a maxi cosi iora and my little boy does this quite a bit too, e wise he really likes being on his side, so I generally change his position so that he’s still on his side but facing into the middle of the cot so his face isn’t up against the fabric, nothing he wouldn’t do himself popping him in his side like that

I had the same problem with the Tutti Bambini Cozee Lite. I kept waking up and my baby had moved to the side and had her face squished up to the fabric. It was so scary especially as it was happening from really early on when she was only a couple of weeks old!! It wasn’t our baby rolling to the side though, the crib has a slant to it and we called the company who seemed aware of the problems we were having. We took it back and got our money refunded. We now use the Babylo crib and she’s not rolled in to the side once!

I don't think mine is slanted at all and she doesn't roll, just wriggles over so she's still on her back but her whole body is up against the side of the crib with her head turned into the fabric 🤦♀️ I watched her for ages last night before eventually moving her back into the middle (terrified of waking her at 4am 😂) but she wriggled straight back over by the time I'd had a wee and come back! She seems to do it more if she has a longer stint of sleep, I'm sure they'll all be absolutely fine and can still breathe but it's so unnerving isn't it!!

That’s good that yours isn’t slanted. Ours was slanted which is why we were able to return it as you usually can’t on a nursery product! Our tutti had mesh sides but there was a bottom strip of fabric that wasn’t breathable so it was a sids risk. It’s so scary and I’d always wake up panicking!

this is what's concerning me as ours has the fabric strip at the bottom too - surely it has to be breathable!? When I'm thinking logically I know that she will be fine but it's hard to think that way when you're tired and anxious!

My little girl does exactly the same she is 9 weeks old tomorrow, Mine used to slant to one side but I made used the clips were clipped in under the bit where you can move up and down levels if that makes sense? I will upload a picture tomorrow x

I know this is an old thread but I'm trying to spread awareness over this product being potentially dangerous. I've made a tiktok about it after seeing lots of people post about it (I had a terrifying incident where my baby was pressed up against the side barely breathing). Tutti Bambini just didn't care! Since posting on Tiktok so many other people have come forward! My advice is to complain to Tutti Bambini because the more people who report this issue, the more something might get done before something bad happens. I hate this crib so much!! It is poorly designed and causes a tilt when the baby moves slightly off centre, I even checked with a spirit level because I thought I was going mad! https://vm.tiktok.com/ZGexnjewN/

I have the same one and my little boy does the same

My little boy does this and he’s only 3 weeks old

https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNdjhJvps/ here is a video explaining that there are straps under the mattress you can tighten to level out the mattress. I’m typing this at 2am excited to try it tomorrow morning as my LO is currently leaned over to one side and anxious they’ll get into a pickle
