How can you help lo when they have a cold, she mostly seems happy in herself its just overnight x

My little one has just shifted hers, I used calpol / ibuprofen and the Sterimar nasal spray to keep her happy. Always did the nasal spray before a bottle though as she wasn’t a fan!
