Yes, and this is my second baby. I think I'm more scared this time 😖

If you haven't already, it may help to join a labor/delivery class so you know what to expect.

I have a ridiculously low pain tolerance, like a paper cut is too much for me 😂 but I had over 24 hours of back labour and ended up with an emergency section. I accepted all pain meds etc and don’t get me wrong, it HURT. But it’s such an unreal feeling. You will honestly be amazed how well you will cope through it all. Like you say, you have to do it so you just power through. It will be sore but it’s nothing your body can’t handle ☺️

Totally understandable but once you understand how labor and birth works and how to shift your mindset, I promise you it’s less scary!! Im doing a homebirth with my second (due in December as well) and if you want some help prepping, I can help you—I’m a child birth educator and offer virtual coaching that’s super affordable because it’s a new gig! Just message me if you want more details! You can do this mama!

I'm terrified, and this is not my first baby. I m scared of anything that can happen. All we can do is have our partner be there with us .

more info please. I’m doing a birth at a birth center. No meds. I think I have a good mindset going into it but any tools will help!

Love that! I had my first at a birth center too!!! Best experience ever. I’ll message you in a sec!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments and advice , it’s reassuring I am not the only one feeling this way xx

I’m 31 weeks today with my first and I’m absolutely terrified of giving birth
