Nappy rash
My little one has a mild spotty rash on her vulva. She did a poo in the night and I changed her but not sure how long she was in it before I changed it 😩 her bum looks fine 🤞🏻 what have people found best for treating nappy rash quick?

Sudocrem 👌🏼 If you think it's bad though, yellow Metanium. Whenever my girl gets pimples etc I apply Sudocrem and come the next nappy change she is no longer red xx
thank you! I do think it’s quite mild but she’s not had it before. We’ve got some sudocrem so will use that
Even if the redness has gone, I would still use it for the next few nappy changes to clear it completely xx
Metanium it’s unbelievable one application and it’s gone for mild nappy rash
