Breast fed or formula?
Are you giving your baby iron fortified formula? To me it looks a little hard because it’s usually supposed to be more paste like. He may be a little constipated?

That doesn’t look normal for breastfed. Keep an eye on it and perhaps call 111 for advice.
I would definitely call your doctor/HV tomorrow. Was it hard or squishy?
Is baby constipated? Or in pain when passing? Keep.eye on it
Looks a little dehydrated but if baby is breastfed then that isn’t too unusual, the enzymes in their stomach break down breast milk really quickly so it often separated into curds and way, like gone off cows milk, which is then visible in the nappy
