Past life regression

Don’t have a personal recommendation but have you read many lives many masters by Brian Weiss?? Such a good book that shares his experience with his client! It has really changed my life perspective

I haven't done one but I did see a psychic years ago who told me about past lives, how many, etc, and about me becoming a mother and how I hadn't met my soulmate yet. So far she's been right, as this was 6 years ago. But I would love love love to have the time to do a past lives regression

So, my recommendation is don’t go looking for past lives unless they have something to do with today. Many channelers/ aura readers/ akashic record readers (even tourself) can access tgem if it’s relevant enough to something that is happening to you in this life. But if it’s not… what’s the point? It doesn’t really help you grow, just keeps your mind busy
