soak it in an oatmeal bath and slather it in grapeseed oil and mango butter. that should help with some relief til you can get in with a dermatologist

Let me help you - I swear the dermatologists don’t get it and neither do the pediatricians…we should not be having eczema for years and years and slapping on steroid creams - they are following the typical toxic slap a band aid on it regiment and they do not help with HEALING IT!

If you do research - eczema is not a skin issue - it is a gut health issue - starting with a cream does not ever heal it. You have to start with gut health as the focus, and everything else is used to relieve the symptoms.

Give her regular Oat baths/apple cider vinegar baths/or Dead Sea salt baths 👍🏼

Only things safe on the shelf are Pipette, Honest, Babo Organics for any store bought creams or soaps even claiming eczema relief have ingredients that can trigger eczema long term. It’s all VERY deceptive.

Water filters if you have hard water - hard water has irritants that trigger eczema breakouts.

Molly Suds laundry detergent or use baking soda and castille soap - anything natural - there are no store brands that are actually safe - the free and clear and natural detergents aside from one brand at Whole Foods I have found have the same poor ingredients and endocrine disrupters in all of them - get rid of it all, bad trigger for eczema.

Stop dairy/soy and any processed foods/processed oils as they mess with the eczema prones’ gut. Attempt to avoid it at all costs. If you remove dairy for up to 6 mos you can heal the gut and you actually can reintroduce dairy and it not trigger the same issue. Offer regular probiotics. Vitamin C/D and fish oil are very helpful as well. Add in fermented foods to their diet.

Organic unrefined coconut oil with a drop of tea tree oil or vitamin e oil can help a bad breakout or work as a natural barrier cream. No Vaseline! Petroleum is toxic.

Stop with steroid creams / over time the body creates a reliance on them and it changes the capacity to heal in other ways - then later in life if you’ve used them for breakouts and you stop, you have to detox and your whole body peels like a snake for up
to 6 months and it’s horrific. Feel free to look it up (or don’t because it’s super gross lol).

We’ve been dealing with eczema since my little one was born 😫. Have you tried limiting dairy intake? We saw improvement with that. Good luck!

We use Tubby Todd unscented soap/shampoo and All Over Ointment with success. We also eliminated dairy. It took a few months to clear up, but now our regimen keeps her skin clear and happy. Good luck to you and your little one. I hope you find what works for your family.
