Spots round mouth

Has he been ill the past week? Could just be teething spots.
My little ones have just had HFM and they’re fever spiked to 39 and then came out in spots but had cold/flu symptoms for about a week before

My little boy has just got better from hand foot and mouth the first two days he wasent eating or drinking he was none stop drooling then he got a rash around his mouth then about 2 days later it started on his legs and arms, I would keep him inside just incase x

The first two days are hard but it gets easier try keep yourself occupied inside :( hope he feels better it’s horrible xx
