Anyone else randomly feel their heart rate speed up?

It’s been a few times now, so I’ll bring it up in my next appointment, but I’m curious if anyone has experienced this.

All the time if I’m dehydrated body increased blood flow can make heart rate go up because more increased blood due so extra blood extra everything

Yes! Or i can feel my heart skip a beat (or so it feels like) sometimes

Yeah my heart tends to speed up at night though it has happened at different times of the day. I also noticed a delay in my heartbeat a few times.
