I’m a little confused as to how to be dressing my bubs for bed. The nights are so hot but the early mornings are cold. I’ve currently got her in shorts and a long sleep top with a 2.5tog. However I’m finding we are having overnight wakes and she’s very unsettled. I’m not sure if she’s hot. What are you dressing your child in? What tog are you using?

I believe googling online it shows! Depends on how hot your room is.

If the room is 20 degrees and above 2.5 tog is to warm. Try a 1tog. We dress in a zippy then the 1tog sleep sack. Sometimes if our room is less then 20 we just add bodysuit.

We are using the 0.5 tog sleeping bag and a light short sleeve/short leg onsie

I have a few ergopouch sleep sacks and they always come with a room thermometer and it tells you what to dress them in for the temperature in the room. I go off that!

We are Using the 0,2 tog ergopouch and zippy

It is likely your bub might be too hot/warm?
I’m finding 2.5 tog is too hot for this weather now. We just use a 1 tog sleeping bag with a onsie and I find her room doesn’t drop as much, maybe only 2 degrees in total. The last few mornings have been 10-13 degrees outside but the temp in her room was still 22 degrees and lovely.
10-15 degrees in spring is different to 10-15 degrees in winter. Google image the TOG chart, it will guide you as to what sleeping bag is appropriate for your room. Remember the temp of your room is different to outside, the tog guide is for internal temp.
