Formula for going out with little one

I am formula feeding but haven’t quite got the knack of what to do if I want to take my little one out for longer times. She doesn’t have a routine yet for naps and feeds. Currently I am just going for walks locally after feeding her and am not going too far, so if she needs feeding I can get home quickly. I guess I could use the premix stuff or take a flask with boiling/boiled water and formula? Sorry if this is obvious.

What I tend to do is take a flask of boiling water, sterilised bottle and formula and make a feed when I roughly feel she will be due, like within in a hour or so window, so then it has time to cool down enough. Depending where you are you can always ask for a jug of cold water to cool the feed down if she is hungry straight away. I also have a nuby rapid cool but I haven’t used that really yet.

I do the premade just because it's easier.
But with my first once he was older I started to do the flask trick

I use the Nuby Rapid cool and it’s so handy. I take that out with a flask, pre measured formula and sterilised bottle. When we were combi feeding I just got the pre made formula as we didn’t go through enough to justify buying a tin but if you’re using it quite regularly the tin is cheaper than pre made

I take a flask of boiling water, sterilised bottle, pre measured formula in a tub and a rapid cool. I pour the boiling water into the bottle, add the formula then pour it all into the rapid cool for 2 minutes and back into the bottle. Its then perfect temperature and you can use it right away. I then tend to pour a bit of boiling water into the rapid cool, shake it then pour it out to rinse it out until I get home to properly wash it just incase I need to use it again whilst I'm out
