Colostrum syringes no caps?

Hey all! Has anyone picked up colostrum syringes lately with no caps? Do they actually hold the liquid in them or shall I wrap the ends? I know the normal ones have been recalled by the MHRA as a potential choking hazard because some parents have forgotten to take off the caps leading to baby’s choking on them.
