I didn’t realise this til recently either… and we’ve been on it 6 months 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 we use the prep machine.. she seems fine so going to carry on!

I put my perfect prep through the whole cycle and the add the milk. Add it to warm not hot water. Baby’s been on it for months and is thriving.

I do same as Lucy but when I'm out I use the nuby flasks or I make bottle up using prep machine and put bottle in fridge then take it out and put in cool bag I then use it with in 4 hours and it's been in fridge atleast an hour or 2.

All I do is boil the kettle fill the bottles leave them on the side until needed and add the powder it's the easiest way as it has to been a room temp milk and not warmed up unless to take it just above room temp x

The reason you can't make it warmer than room temp is it kills the probiotics in them so yes babies can drink them and be fine with it warmer than room temp but it's not at its optimal peak

I’ve gone to filling bottles with water and just adding formula as needed. He’d been quite sick again this last week (we’re on a 2 week trial) but he’s had 2 bottles the new way now and no sick !

perfect! At least you know now! Also don't be surprised if he suddenly gets worse in the next few weeks he's still adjusting to the milk and getting rid of all the old milk protein collected in his gut and settling to the new way of having it. The process takes 6 weeks to detox and adjust to the new milk so if after 6 weeks theres no improvement ask for an amino based one (no casein in at all which is what causes the allergy) and it'll take about 6 weeks again to get used to it but it should improve quicker and easier xxx

if you ever need advice or want to ask anything or even moan about it just message me! My son's cmpa is/was so severe it caused him to have seizures so I've done loads of research and spoken to loads of drs xxx

thank you 😊 really appreciate it xx

I've done the same thing and I've been on this milk over 9 weeks... I'll my baby be ok? :(

yeah but you may notice a huge improvement in the poop and spit up after making it correctly for a while there shouldn't be any long term issues
