I don't know if anyone else has felt like this but me and my partner wanted a kid and didn't know for two months that we were pregnant. The first month I had happy feelings but by month two I was irritated alot and by month 3 I was just angry alot. It's now going into month 7 and I'm just unfeeling, resentful, angry, unhappy, depressed. I don't even feel like I like my partner anymore and we've been together for nearly 3 years. I'm tired all the time and stressed and feel helpless and alone. We both really wanted a kid but besides emotionally this has been a relatively easy pregnancy. Is this normal? Or does/has anyone else feel like this?

My hormones were nuts when I was pregnant and I was always so angry and irritated with partner and then I was emotional. Was a roller coaster of emotions and didn’t stop when bubs was born. But it gets so much better. I feel your pains

I have to exercise to stay happy otherwise I can feel my mood deteriorating pretty quick. I also had an awful couple of weeks at the end of first trimester where my partner made me feel physically sick 🙈 I was so scared it was permanent but thank goodness it passed x

My partner annoys me ALL THE TIME! I don’t know if it’s an immaturity thing, a can’t run a house thing (both on his side) or if it’s a hormones thing. But sometimes I just look at him and think ‘how can someone be so stupid?!’ But then I also feel like he has no respect for me or his child because he never remembers any appointments that I/we have x

My brother is wife was super annoyed having my brother around. After the baby was out their relationship and attraction got back to normal. I recommend you to explain your husband how you feel. It may be uncomfortable but it’s not you it’s the 100% hormones increase. This will help to understand you better and to not take you seriously in case you hurt his feelings.

I would mention these feelings to your OB/Midwife if you already haven’t. It definitely sounds like hormones and possibly prenatal depression.
