You can technically eat whatever you want. I wouldn't touch them (pregnant or not) as they are a type I carcinogen.

As long as its been heated. Any deli meat is meant to be heated up. So only time i have ham and such is on a pizza 😂 i had the weirdest craving for devin deli meat the other day 🤦‍♀️ i havent had that in yearsss
