Anyone else’s 3 and half year old still not sleeping through or having nightmares?
My little girl constantly wakes through the night because she’s had a nightmare and wants me to sleep next to her. She has a really overactive imagination so I’m wondering if it’s just because she’s really sensitive to what she hears or sees… it’s usually the big bad wolf. But I don’t know how to stop it as the next day she doesn’t even really remember! I’m so sleep deprived!

My son is exactly the same! I have to sit with him every night to fall asleep and then he calls me in 4/5 times a night to sleep next to him too. He always says he scared so ive put a nightlight in his room but that doesnt make much difference. I don’t have the answers as im also sleep deprived but defo going through the same thing!
Yes mine is constantly crying in her sleep we've had to get those sleepy patch stickers and they're helping a little
