Christmas

We have just got her a book which lights up and a rattle. I am putting together a little Christmas Eve box too which will have pjs and some stuff to start weaning in the new year. I am fairly sure that we will be inundated with stuff from the family so don’t want to go overboard! x

@Galina yes! I’m thinking of getting a tuff tray on legs may get some messy play items to go into it…just so stuck what else to get 🤦🏽‍♀️😅

I think we’ve gone the complete opposite to most people and have bought quite a lot because yes although she won’t understand they are presents she is going to need toys and will be at the age to start playing properly and they will last going forward to her 1st birthday and beyond and it’s cute for us to get photos of her with presents by the tree. Some of the things we’ve got: ball pit, walker, bath toys, blocks, shape sorter, stacking rings and cups And then I’ll put together a Christmas Eve box with pjs, outfit for the day, book, Christmas plate

We’ve got small bits but what we would’ve spent were putting into her bank account for when she’s older x

@Chloe I’ve done the exact same everyone keeps saying I’ve gone overboard x

I’ve just got her one of the Nuby secret Santa boxes, some wooden jigsaws and a push a long toy for the moment xx

@Kaci I know, I’d rather have more which will keep her occupied and grow with her then her get bored by seeing the same toy over and over, when she outgrows it we can save for a sibling or pass on to family so it will all get plenty of use x
