Oh nice, I hope you get a spot 🤞. So we have two weeks experience so far lol and it's been really good. I found the ECEs and other staff to be very kind and supportive, I feel comfortable talking to them if I have any concerns. The app they use for updates is good, sometimes they update realtime or after you've picked up your LO. If you get a spot, I would advise you to ask if they can set up an orientation session/meet n greet the teachers. I think they don't do it here, I've heard about such sessions in a different daycare and I wished I had asked for a meeting with the teachers before my LO started daycare. However, I do get to interact with the teachers during drop off/pick up and they always give me time for my questions/concerns and sometimes give me details about my LO's day.
