Help! Milk is frozen to inside I'd freezer 😭

It looks like one of my bags of milk leaked and now two of my bags of milk are frozen to the freezer and aren't able to be pulled off. Without defrosting my entire freezer/refrigerator, how can I get these two bags unstuck, clean up the spilled milk, and not create a huge frozen mess while trying to clean it up? I'd like to try to save the milk that are in the bags even if they're ripped for a milk bath if possible.
