Rash under my baby boy neck

Is it just sore and red or a proper rash? When my little girl goes a little red and sore there I use sudocrem x

It's a rash under his whole neck I think it's from the droll and milk

We use Aquaphor to help soothe rashes. Helps give a protective barrier

My LO has same it's from the milk and other dirt they keep stored under those neck rolls 😆 I just use coconut oil and clean it out with a little sudocream and if seems to work for my 11wo
