Sticky eye
Anyone else’s little one suffering with a constant sticky eye?! No matter what I do it doesn’t clear up 😫. It’s been checked by drs twice, one gave eye drops in case it was an infection but they didn’t stop it either.
Wondering if there are any home remedies that have been successful for others? X

My friend's baby constantly had a sticky eye and her GP said that it was due to blocked tear ducts.
I don't know if this is the same for your lo. X
I’m thinking this is the only thing it can be. Was just googling, did your friend do the little massages to get it to clear up? M lo screams as soon as I touch her eye as I have to clean it constantly she now hates it x
My LO does, he has a blocked tear duct, Drs said it could take upto a year to unblock, but it helps to massage in the corner of their eye, so little circles may heal unblock sooner x
My little one also has a sticky eye and we have been told he has blocked tear ducts too!xx
My little girl had this since birth and it only cleared up a couple weeks ago (She is 12 weeks now).
My LO has had it a few times, squirted breast milk in her eye each time and it’s cleared up ever since! If you’re breastfeeding, maybe try that? Xx
Thanks all! Will try the massages and I have some colostrum in the freezer so will try that too. She’s coming up 10 weeks so more than ready to get rid of it now! Xx
