Go back to stimulation mode for a few, maybe listen to videos of baby cooing and look at pics. Think about how it feels when they nurse. Listen to something else you find relaxing. Inhale, exhale, make sure you're physically comfortable. It can take a few sometimes

so I e been going back to stimulation mode at the 10 minute mark and then back to expression mode after a couple of minutes. Is that what you mean? Or am I doing it incorrectly?

I start stimulation, wait for milk to spray, expression until it stops spraying, stimulation until it sprays again (or I can kinda feel like it's about to start spraying) then back to expression. It's not so much about timing, just what's going on with the milk flow if that makes sense. It takes time to get into a rhythm. Don't give up! But going back and forth is correct. Just pay attention to your nipples lol. I usually flash my phone flash light so I can see whats going on

It may take longer than a set number of minutes to trigger a letdown. - everyone is different

awesome thanks!!

you got this l!
